Can I use a closed youtube account name?

On youtube, I noticed that someone who's account name I really want closed their account, so I made another account, but it won't let me use that name. Does anyone know if I can ever use that name, or if I can get it in any way without knowing the person who had it in the first place?

Unfortunately you can't! the only way to use this name again is if the person logs on and re-oppens their account
