How to add pictures of people to your Youtube background?

My channel on youtube is about music. I'm trying to add famous singers to my background, but I can only add 1 person, which I can't see most of. I'm trying get something like this: http://www.youtube.com/user/moosicwithlyrics Thanks!

I actually make custom backgrounds for free if you want to check out my channel - http://www.youtube.com/user/MSCMarauder - So far I've only created 3, including my own, and I'm mainly doing it just to practice with basic image design...
