If i create a new youtube account, will it be in the updated youtube version or the old one?

so im going to create an account but i want to know, if i create a new account on youtube, will it be in the new format (that i dont like) or the old one that i prefer? If its in the new one, is it possible to change it to the old one or will it always be in the new one? I REALLY dont like the new format lol.
