Uploading youtube videos trouble?

i am uploading videos to youtube that i download from this website call easportsworld.com so i download it to my computer then upload to youtube. I made sure it was the right file type and al that but when i go to view on youtube its is all pink and green and strange colors. Everyone who i asked to view has said the same things. what could the problem be?
