Is there a way to open a closed YouTube account?

A while back I had a YouTube account that I closed, long story short, I need access to that account again. Is there currently a way to reopen a closed YouTube account?

Yes but everything on the youtube channle will be gone. My youtube got hacked and closed with 190 videos and 5000 subscribers and 1.9million views all lost it wont be a quick prosess too. it took me about 5 and a half months to get it back if i were you i would just get a new username.
