What would you think about copying ideas for commerce?

People keep copying my ideas on youtube?

  • Yea, its a long story. Okay so I have these two friends that seem to copy some of my ideas. I like them there my friends. But they copy my video ideas, Description ideas, and the way I organize my channel. Its getting a little annoying. I just left a message on my friends YouTube channel saying this ''Why did you copy the well I did my channel description? I mean I'm flattered you like the way I do my things but how would you feel if I copied something you did without asking first and giving 0 credit?'' I don't know if that sounds good. What do you think? :\ Also another thing that gets annoying is that my friend goes on my channel, looks at everyone that comments on my channel and comments on THERE channel saying something like ''Hey cute channel. I subscribed'' I don't get what the point of subscribers is. I mean I have 2O4 but I just earned that. I do not do SUB 4 SUB cause then you'll get 0 views and a bunch of porn channels will subscribe you. Anyway tell what I should do? Thanks :3

    Make videos faster than they can, prove that you're a better youtuber, stop commenting on their channels at all and be more awesome than them. The only way to win this is to be better. If you start arguing with your friends to stop them from copying you, you'll only look like a silly kid and they probably won't even admit what they were doing. If you think that them copying you is hurting your friendship (due to feelings of betrayal, anger?), meet up with them in the real world and tell them "Look, I noticed your channels are looking more and more like mine, I don't really appreciate it, can you stop?" and if they say no or try to deny what they are doing, tell them "It's only the internet, it's not like it actually matters how many subs you get in real life" and then refuse to talk about it any more. That way you show them that you don't think it matters that much, so they shouldn't either. Just don't get angry, don't stress, just chill and be amazing ;)

Well its seems you are on the right track. You know that they look up to you if they copy you. And you told them how you feel. Now hopefully they will own up and give you proper credit. You might have to lead by example. Copy them and then give them credit for the idea! If they do not reciprocate then you will have to deal with their immaturity.
