Why does it take so long for youtube videos to load?

Why mp3 files take so long to load and why do videos freeze and replay or skip, i.e. youtube videos?

Maybe you have a bunch of clutter on your computer. Clear the internet Cache/cookies, scan for viruses, defrag hard drive, watching videos in HD might slow down your computer, also do a bandwidth speed test and if you are under 4mbps I wouldn't be surprised.

it does it sometimes,maybe your computer is slow(no offense)or its another youtube site problem
