How do I get people to subscribe to my channel?

How can i get people to watch my YouTube Channel?

So, for the past few months I have been doing gaming commentaries. I am very much enjoying doing so; however i cannot get people to subscribe. I try to get myself out there buy commenting on videos and stuff such as that. A big part of what i want to do on my channel is to help fundraise for the Invisible Children foundation. So, if i was to get enough subscribers and sign for a partnership 25% of the money i would earn would be donation. I really need help... Any idea?
