Why is my youtube video in slow motion?

I uploaded a video to youtube i downloaded from facebook, and the file plays perfectly but when i uploaded it to youtube it plays it in slow motion but the words are still perfect? whats wrong? ..here is the link to the vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNbrlCZiFPk
