I have monetization on my youtube account but how do I get ads on my videos straight after I upload them. I earn most of my money from youtube for search, not for subscribers. When I upload my videos no ads come up at all! how do I get the ads posted straight away? i know lots of youtubers who do! please answer my question! my account is http://youtube.com/realfifa7 THANKS!
