YouTube - Account is apparently closed, but I can fully use it?

Today a message popped up claiming "This YouTube account is closed", but I closed it and it didn't show up again. I can fully use my account - upload videos, comment, subscribe, and so on. I have only one strike and I deleted that video a long time ago. How so ?
