I already know how to get my account back, but I want to know if I can get my videos back as well. If so, how do I do it? Thanks.

u can get by selecting the option 'forgot password' ter u need to add ur email address... then ull get all ur details on ur mail instantly :)

You have given little to no detail so how do you expect an actual helpful answer? Why was the account deleted? For copyright content? Did you get 3 strikes and got it disabled? If so, you can not get your account back (I don't know who told you, you could) and all your videos have been deleted permanantly. BTW - if it said something like suspended.. that means forever.
