How do I put a background on my YouTube?

How do i put my own image into youtube background?

  the easiest way to do this is to open up paint select properties, change the size of the canvas to say 1440 X 900 ...change the colour to black... Then go insert select you pic you want to add... crop it and move to the left as much as possible.. Select save as --> background.jpg Proceed to your youtube Log into your YouTube account. Click on the Account link on the upper right corner. Click on the Edit Channel link. Click on the Channel Design link on the left side of the screen. Scroll down the page to the section marked Advanced Design Customization. Within that section, you'll find a box labeled Background Image. Click on the Browse button and select your background image.
