This could only happen by publicity, start sharing the link on facebook, your IM anything you use. One blog on same topic suggested to search the videos on the same content as your video have , with lot of views. Once you find such videos, post your video as a a video response to these videos. Getting your channel/video's viewed is all about content, presentation and networking. You must then keep 'Growing' your channel and it's audience. To get views you need: a) Good content. And/or: b) Good 'tag' words.
