How can I put a video onto youtube?

I'm not asking how to put a video from a video camera onto youtube. But how to put video's of like anime episode and edit them, then add a song. I have no experience with making and editing video's, although my sister does, but she wont tell meeh. Can somebody tell meeh how I can get the video and then edit (delete some scenes) the video. Also, should i use Windows Movie Maker?

Copy the video from your phone to your computer, and create an account at http://www.youtube.com/ and then you can upload the video. However, if you video is longer than 10 minutes. You may need to use video converter on your computer to trim or edit the video first.
