YouTube picture help?

Well I want to make a YouTube account and before I made that account I made an account with a different name and email for a test. I put a pointless video on for the test and everything went fine. But what I really want to know, is can I change the front display picture of the video? You know how you see a video and there's a display picture to tell you if it's the movie you want to see? I want to know if you can change it. Please help

Do you mean the video thumbnail? If so, you can change it as a regular YouTube user to one of the pictures from different parts of the video (start, middle and end). However, if you are wanting to change it to a different picture, you can only do this as a YouTube partner.
