depending on if the dns is what is being blocked, you could create what is called a "proxy server". there are easy directions on the internet. however, i wouldn't do it. i don"t want you to get into trouble, and depending on how the system is locked, it may not work.

Try to download program called Ultrasurf then run it on the computer from a flash drive you open it and start it up. It'll open a Internet Explorer window with full access i've never had it fail for me
