How can you make a good YouTube Video?

I posted a question like this earlier but no one replied. I don't really want to share my videos with my friends because I am a little embarassed but I have publicised it on Twitter but I seem to still only have 6 views. How can you make a good blog? This is my only video so far: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wO0igEQvHL4 ( you may have to copy that in the URL bar or just type in thecooloneisalex) but what can I improve about it? Please only post constructive criticism and nothing nasty. Thanks. :)

Put ur title totally different from what u are talking about .Like something dirty but relative to your topic.Like for that video .Teachers doing students .like that u will get a lot load of views and but the pic of the video .A hot girl and a student it will work getting views
