Does youtube or other similar video hosting sites download to your computer?

  • i was wondering we get a bill in eh mail for internet and get an extra cost added for downlaoded things. the company says that we only get a certain amount of gigs to download stuff liek music and movies. but i don't download anythign an donly watch stuff stight of fteh internt like youtube videos and similar sites with movies. The internet company says that the sites still download to your computer. is this true? how can you be downloaded from youtube if you haven't confermed a download? i don't get how we are paying extra when i haven't downloaded anything.
