I have a group of 3 singers now. I want to make a video of and put it on youtube. BUt i want to make a super cool more high def video.If you look this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkHJ2-zoSB4 you will see a bunch of videos made into 1 video! How do I do that? Is there some sort of program?

weird video.... but if you want to make one download windows movie maker or for a mac imovie it should probably satisfy your need
Get a nice HD cam (quality is king), Final Cut Pro/Premiere for sound and go nuts with your clips. You can always hire equipment as well so don't think you have to buy everything too
