My comments on YouTube videos are not showing up. Why?

I post comments on Youtube videos and I can see them while I'm logged into my account. But when I log out of my Youtube account, I can't see the comments anymore which means that nobody else can see them either. Why is this happening? They are not being marked as spam either because when a comment is marked as spam it shows it but my comments disappear as soon as I log out of my youtube account and it's like I never commented on the video. Why?

i would see if the comments are being blocked. also i would test it. go on to a friends account and comment on your video and see what happens.
