Youtube Safety mode won't turn off...?

and it's telling me to turn it off I need to log in as __Kp_NEblf37__ on my opera account... which is an account name I have never used in my life and that combination of letters has never left my keyboard until now. So how can I turn off Safety mode while this issue is happening?

Lot into an account that is over 21, and when it gives you options, say "Disable Satiety Mode"
