How do i get this 'favourite video' off my youtube channel?

I accidently added a micheal jackson music video to my favourites or something on my youtube channel, and no when i, and other people go on my youtbe channel, there is a video of micheal jackson there! How do i get it off? Not that i dont like MJ or anything.

You can also just changed the featured video on your channel.
