Youtube to CD? Best way to get best quality? (Revised)?
-
I just asked this question, but I didn't get quite the answer I was looking for. I suppose I wasn't being specific enough. I know the best quality mp3 is 320kbs, and that AAC is better than mp3, but my more specific question is: I have the program atube catcher. If I take a 720p youtube video, put it into atube and convert it to a 320 Kbps mp3 file, put that file onto an itunes playlist, then burn it onto a CD, if I listen to that song on the CD, will it sound as good as the 720p youtube video? On a slightly different note, I was listening to a song on youtube at 720p, and the video provided a mediafire download link of what they said was a 320kbps mp3 file. I listened to the 720p youtube vid, then the 320kbs mp3. The youtube vid obviously sounded better. But again, if I took THAT mp3 (the non-youtube ripped download) and burned it onto a CD, then listened to the CD and the youtube vid, how would the quality differ? (I guess my confusion is: I know youtube to mp3 converters compress the AAC file and makes it worse quality, but I didn't know if you could compress a file to mp3, then expand it again when you burn it to a CD, making it better quality?) So, to put it simply: 1) Would 720p AAC youtube vid --> supposed 320kbs youtube rip via atube catcher --> burned CD = better, equal, or worse quality than the original 720P youtube vid? 2) Would 720 AAC youtube vid --> legit 320kbs mp3 file (i.e. from mediafire) --> burned CD = better, equal, or worse quality than the original 720p youtube vid? 3) In answers to my last post, Lossless was mentioned. What is that? I googled it (albeit, not too thoroughly) and only saw that it was a type of data compression, involving algorithms or something like that....is Lossless a program I can download for CD quality mp3's? If so, where can I download it? Could someone provide a link? Sorry for the long question. Just want to be crystal clear on everything.
