    Well start off by making interesting video's good editing add lots of video tags so its easy to find your vids. Maybe try making cometary video's. Do things in your video's that others haven't yet thought of or very little people are doing get friends to spread the word join forums and spread your channel inbox people links to your video's ask your subscribers to pass on the message to. Host like open servers i see you make Minecraft vids so why not get your subscribers involved make a server with them so you can all play together. You could also try playing other games to not just MInecraft. And eventually you should start getting allot of subscribers rolling in. Good Luck.

Don't make video game videos is my advice. There are way too many people making video game based channels on youtube. But if video games are your passion, just stay with it and try your best to make good content. Either take a class or teach yourself to edit videos better. It's always good to be superior over other youtubers when it comes to technology. And add some commentary and music to add entertainment. I was unable to sit through your entire video without getting bored. You'd be surprised how important audio is. Also try to do things that no one else has done on youtube just to make you something different. There are soo many people making the same exact content on youtube it's not even funny. These are just some things I would do if I were seeking youtube views. Also, if you have the money, you can always pay to get your videos featured... but that probably isn't very practical.
