How do you know if you are a blocked user on YouTube?

Hello, i'm a new user to youtube, and i wanted to know how can i post comments for youtube videos.?

• I tried to post a comment, and pushed the post button, but my comment stayed still and did not go anywhere, can someone tell me how to post comments on youtube videos? thank you.

  If you typed in your comment and hit submit it should go through. Try hitting refresh to see. It is possible that you are having connection problems, but if the page reloads that probably isn't the case. Try clicking "View All Comments" at the bottom right of the comments column to see all comments for the video and see if yours shows up. Some videos will only display comments after the author approves them. So rather than submitting it many times, be patient. It may take them a little while to get around to it.
