How Long Can A Youtube Video Be?

I have a video that I would like to post which is exactly 20 minutes long. I want to put it on Youtube but I don't know how long a Youtube video can be. I am not a partner nor does my video have any copyright. So with that being said, what is the maximum time of a Youtube video?
Answer:

If you're a YouTube partner, then you can do however long you want. But if you're just a regular user, then 15 minutes.

I've seen 10-hour long ones, but I guess that if you are respected enough, you can have infinite time limits. And if not, 15 minutes is maximum.
