How to post a video response to another youtube video?

I keep looking this up everywhere, and it says click attach video or post video response, but the thing is, it's nowhere to be found! I also tried copying the link and posting it on the comment box, but then it says error? Please help me out with no silly answers, thanx :/

All you have to do is make a YouTube account then try to comment on a video it should work. (:

if you don't already have one, make an account. Next, go to any video you want to post your response to. Thirdly, go down to where you can post a comment and click "Create a video response" and it should be pretty self explanatory from there
