New laptop and it wont let me watch youtube?

my laptop gotta virus so i took it to the store and they wiped it n did everything, now its saying i have to download the flash player to watch youtube, but it wont let me download it, when i click on the little thing it gives me it doesnt work...wtf

ARG THAT HAPPENED TO ME! I don't really know what happened after that because i got a new computer... the other one was junk anyway
