Is it legal to upload youtube video to other video websites?

YouTube isn't letting me upload videos?

  • the type of files i upload to youtube are avi. and wlmp. I know that wlmp. files don't usually work with many websites but even the avi. files i cant upload and those are the most common! I have also read about video converters and they are supposedly "free" off the internet. I dont want to get one because of a virus risk and it might cost me money. Is there anyway i can get my videos on youtube without converting them with a special program?

    without using a converter,that you should find why youtube dosen't accept your video. maybe the format,maybe the file size,etc. try to read the rules for some times.make sure that your video is supported by youtubel.

youtube just supports FLV video file.so you need to convert your video into flv format with some kind of video converter ,then you can upload it to youtube.
