*facepalm* kid im going to be honest with you,you have to pay to own a website to put videos on ( or anything for that matter).You can make a website on webs.com or blogger and then post videos.Or you can stream live but not on your website but on a website's like ustream,justin.tv,blogtv etc. but there are a lot of pedophiles on those websites so thats no quite recommended.You could post videos on Youtube and then put them on your website but you have to be 13 to get a youtube account,and to me it seems you might be a little younger than 13 and the trolls on those websites are cruel.To keep it short,you can have to deal with mean people,creeps and other stuff,but if you think your up for it then go for it.

Me and my friend have a webshow and we use Webs.Com to make our website! I have personally made at least 20 websites or more using Webs. I just LOVE making websites! It's so much fun!

You have to pay for a website like that. You can always just go on YouTube, and record the webshows, and embed the code into posts. You can't do a live webshow unless you go on a website like BlogTv, Justin TV, etc. I wouldn't recommend going on websites like those because there's a lot of pedophiles hanging around those types of websites. :S Like I said your best bet is to just upload the webshow episode to YouTube.
