How To Get My YouTube Video in HD?

Upload a HD video to youtube, but I get crappy quality video on youtube?

Hey, I've been trying to upload a HD video (if not HD, a very high quality video to youtube). Whenever I upload ANY video, the bar goes straight to the top but it still takes forever to work. When it does, it is still 16:9 but the quality is rubbish?! I've tried with both .wmv files and .mp4 files. It is really confusing because I export the video from my editing software (MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 14 PLUS) with HD settings and with the two different file types but it just ends up a really low quality? I watch it and the video seems higher quality than average youtube video. However you can change your settings on youtube whether there are any option to view uploaded videos HD.
