Does putting &fmt=18 at the end of a video that is already in High Quality help better the sound?

Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-srpIa6Hss&feature=related If you put &fmt=18 at the end of this will it make sound any better ?For me it is already in "HQ" (the box is lit up in red even without the &fmt=18).
