You cant get it, simple answer. Well, you could, if you were willing to enter into the distribution agreements and pay the label per play. It will cost you a great deal of money. change the music.

In your video description say "I do not have the right for Slipknot." without the " of coarse awesome song by the way
You have to get a license for it, and that can run into six figures. Just keep it off Youtube.
If you're talking about these guys - http://allhopeisgone.com/ and http://www.slipknot1.com/ then their record company is Roadrunner which is owned by Warner. Roadrunner's website is at http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/ There's a "contact us" link at the bottom of the main page. You could ask about a one-off license to use the song from them. You never know, they may be so surprised at someone asking about a license they may allow you to use the song for free! How much people want for a single website license varies, you'll need to check. What you could also do is look for public domain music collections. These are free to use by anyone for any purpose. you probably won't get the greatest bands in the world, but there is some pretty good stuf around. Royalty free music collections just mean you pay a one time fee to use the music. A lot of licenses are not that expensive and I'd be wary about just trying to put a disclaimer on the website. Ignorance is never a defence. You really do not want to upset Warner Music. They are very active in finding websites that contain their artists' material. I used to work for a web host and we were getting cease and desist emails from them almost every week.
You can't get a copyright for the song because Slipknot already owns the copyright - it's their song. (see "copyright" - Webster's dictionary) If you want to use it, you need to obtain permission from the band. That can usually be obtained by writing a big check. What you are trying to do is illegal. That's why Youtube keeps blocking you.
put a disclaimer on it like: I do not own any of the copyrighted material. They belong to ___. ETC or something like that
