In YouTube, how do I change my username OR even get a new account?? Nothing works!?

I have a YouTube account. But I wanted to have a different user name to be more anonymous. And when I log in, I can't find anywhere to change it. Can't I do it?? So, I thought about signing out, and "Signing Up" again and use a different username. But there's NO place for a password, NO verification word. All is shows is the place for the new username (which they say is allowable), birthdate, zipcode..and when I click verify, it says it I am ineligible. OF COURSE since it won't give me a place to do password and verification. HELP!

Have you tried fully signing off YouTube, then returning to http://youtube,com (like somebody never been there before) and select SignUp
okay relax lol. try singing out completely or deleting your old account, then try.
