Why can't I post comments for a video on youtube?

I cant post comments in youtube and i have an account but it doesn't show the box to type in.?

    Try a different Internet browser. You don't need to upload anything to be able to comment. Your browser is probably temporarily unable to display certain YouTube features. It has happened to me before.

Just type your comment then click post then refresh the page and it should be there. if it don't just wait a while it will show up eventually

Did you ever validate/confirm/activate your account via the e-mail sent to you by Youtube after you signed up? Check your e-mail and spam folder - if you didn't, it may not allow you to comment until you do.

It may be your internet connection. sometimes if the signal is low, it wont show things on the page, such as ads or the comment box. if its running normally, it should be right below the video responses bar. you just type inside of it and then submit. it may not show that you posted, but if it turns transparent then it is there. otherwise i would check your browser and/or internet connection

That means only FRIENDS can commment or the user has DISABLED comments(:
