Playing a movie on your Xbox 360 is similar to the way you would play a game. Difficulty: Moderately Easy Instructions Press the "Disc Eject" button next to the disc tray on your Xbox 360. Insert a DVD into your Xbox 360's disc drive. Press the "Disc Eject" button to close the disc tray. Select "Play DVD" on the "My Xbox" main menu to start the DVD.
