How can I get back into my YouTube account?

Mine sometimes logs out and it asks me to add a google account.Sometimes i'd click the wrong button and it goes all to pot. Somehow later i do it again and press the right one and it comes on.In fact i had to remember what my username was as well. I typed in 3 variations.Then got the right one .Don't know why it keeps logging out though. Did you know ntl were stopping trading? i have an old aol account with an old address i don't use anymore,i changed from aol about 3 years ago,and i was sent a verification to that address on something else recently.I didn't think i could still access it.I googled aol,and clicked on email and put in my old address and there was the verification email.Not sure it would work with ntl though. I would try contacting Youtube themselves.
