Will Youtube Count My Video As Copyright?

Copyright question on a Youtube Video?

  • Hi! I recently made a video about global warming, and because of its following conditions, I want to know if uploading it on YouTube could end up in my account freezing or the video being deleted from my account. The thing is that my video is a compilation of photos, some of Google and some of Flickr. First I saved these photos from Flickr for decoration purposes for my room but then I used them for my video. The problem is that these photos can't be saved by right clicking but I captured the screen and edited on Paint. Also, my video has music. What happens if I clearly state in my video info that none of the elements belong to me, that all their copyrights belong to their specified owners and that I made it just for awareness purposes? Can YouTube cancel my account?

Well no they won't delete/freeze your account for having copyrighted music on it but it if they find something it will say below the video that there may be copyrighted items in this video. If they do take action on your video or channel, may be deleted in the process. Also if it does have copyright and they take no action you may not become a youtube partner! My opinion upload it! They aren't too strict on photos, but it's recommended you say the photos aren't yours. They are really cracking down on people uploading music that is copyrighted.
