How do i ask my parents to make youtube videos?

  • Who here has a youtube account and makes videos. Cuz I don't make videos but i have an account. I know it sounds weird. But I want to make videos, i just don't know if my parents would let me. They only let me get a youtube account so i could respond to my fav videos. so, how should i ask them? they are very strict when i come to the internet. Please help! oh, and how did you guys get your parents to let you make videos?

    You can start with asking for the privilege to upload videos that do not reveal who you are. So... maybe at first, don't upload videos with you actually in them. If that works, wait until you're a bit older, they'll probably loosen up a little. Good luck

It's not unusual to have a YouTube account and not post videos. Alot of people just have them to like comment favorite etc. how old are you? You seem kinda young. I wouldn't want y kid to be posting their face on the Internet these days. You guys are too young to know whats ok and not ok to broadcast tothe world. Wait until ur old enough ur parents know what they're doing.
