I watched your Jason Mraz video. It's actually really well-done. The problem is the audience on YouTube would rather see sneezing baby animals than anything with actual artistic value. A simple music video, especially a low-key acoustic one made by non-famous adults, is not going to excite those people. You should simply try to market your videos to the right communities. Post links to them on artsy sites and forums. That should help get your numbers up.
