Who knows where i can can get a program to make dvd menus for my you tube collections?

I guess all DVD authoring softwares come with menu creation. You might want to try VSO's convertxtodvd: http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/ I also use TmpgEnc DVD Authoring, which is more flexible: http://tmpgenc.pegasys-inc.com/en/product/taw4.html
