How to find the most viewed youtube videos?

Youtube doesn't allow international videos on the most viewed list on the homepage?

is this true? this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7_lSP8Vc3o&feature=feedf has gotten more than 800,000 views in less than a day, and is still getting thousands of views per hour however, i haven't even seen it once on youtube's "most popular" list on the homepage, not even in the music section. people were saying that the reason for this was because the title of the video had foreign letters in it (korean), which disqualifies it from being on youtube's most viewed lists. if this is true?.... -.- if it is, MY GOD youtube.. this is the 21st century!! why would they do something like that.. i see the video even on youtube INDIA's homepage, but not in youtube international or U.S.
