How to change video format? Essential!!!?

  • I want to upload this video to YouTube but the video's format is MSWMM. I don't know what the **** that is, and YouTube doesn't support that format. How do I change the format? Best answer 5 stars!!!!! It would be nice if you could answer within today. Thanks a bunch!
