I need help uloading a video to YouTube via my nexus android phone?

Im trying to upload a video to YouTube, its actually for an online xfactor audition. I only have internet access via my phone which is a samsung nexus android. I sign in to YouTube etc. And when i attempt to upload my video and it just says everytime i try... 'waiting for wifi'.... im not very intellegent when it comes to wireless networks etc but i turned on my wifi and it made no difference! Pleaase help :(

Are you sure that it is wi-fi instead of 3/4G? Because on my iPhone you HAVE to have wi-fi to even look at videos, not 3G.
