How to put an image instead of your Youtube Account name (in your channel)?

I have just recently made my youtube account and did some customizing. Everything looks great except that i want my account name to be emphasized. So i'm planning to do something like (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MuU00Q3RhDg). But i don't know how. Anybody here knows how to put up a photo instead of your boring youtube name? The image would still read the same youtube account name but looks better (since i could simply edit it - youtube only allows limited fonts so yeah, i want to edit it through photoshop or whatever) Thanks! I already have a layout which i'd put up that reads
