How can i get my vids to fit the new youtube player and to play in high quality no HD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ?

To view the video at high quality instead of HD, these are the parameter you can put at the end of the link. &fmt=18 (this is for high quality) &fmt=22 (this is for HD) When you upload a video, youtube will automaticly detect and put the highest quality possible. If it's 720 or higher, it will go 720. If it's lower than 720 ,then it will go high quality which is 360 i think. So yea, render the video at 480 x 360 with a 1Mbit Bitrate 30fps, for audio, 44khz 128kbps CBR. for HD, it would be 1280x720 at 30fps and 2Mbit bitrate, 44khz 256kbps audio.
