How do you get your Youtube account back if was deleted?

I can't get my YouTube account deleted... How can I do it? I think there might be a problem with my computer..?

So I went on to my account and went to "my account". Then I went to manage account. Then I pressed the delete account folder and I put my explanation on why I need to delete my account. Then I pushed the "delete account" button. Then it said something like "Are you sure?". Then I clicked "delete account". Then it told me I had an incorrect password. There wasn't even a place where I could put my password! I even tried to put my password in the description. This is YouTube by the way... Is there something wrong with my computer? I have a nice computer... Is it just YouTube? Is anyone facing the same problem?
Answer:

If you want me to take this account off your hands from you for good then just email me your password and the YouTube username; I am a devout YouTuber in need of a backup account. I will completley change the password and remove your personal information from the site for you.
