How to turn off safety mode on youtube?

I keep trying to turn it off but even when i click save, and it tells me that it is turned off, i go to search for this video and then it tells me that some results have been removed because of safety mode and when i click on the video i want, it won't let me watch it because it says that safety mode is on again! this keeps happening and i really want to know how to make it stay off.
