How To Get More Channel Views?

How can I get more views and subscribers on my YouTube channel?

  • I started uploading videos on YouTube. then I realized its difficult to get a lot of views and subscribers on my videos/ channel. Is there effective ways to get more views and subscribers ? If you know tips, please let me know. Thank you for your help. My channel is http://www.youtube.com/user/ShotaKosuge.

    Make good videos, tell your friends about your channel and videos and to subscribe and maybe they'll tell their friends and their friends will tell their friends and so on. Also, at the end of your videos, do something creative that suggests or tells the viewer good reasons to subscribe or just a short but cool scene that will blow their minds and make them want to subscribe to you. Some cool graphics and font/text would be good. Hope I helped.
